Welcome to Results Coaching with Level Up Coaching, LLC! We look forward to partnering with you to achieve the goals and results that are important to you. By working with Level Up Coaching, LLC you will find support and synergy to achieve your most important goals.

What do you want to achieve by coaching in the next 3 and 6 months?  Or, in other words, what would your personal and professional life look like in 3 months and then 6 months while coaching that would cause you to say that you've “gotten your money’s worth and MORE.”

 

RESULTS Coaching is unlimited one on one coaching for 12 months. This coaching is laser focused and is only for those who have a specific outcome in mind at the end of the 12 months. We get that to do list done.

First session is 30 minutes to go over goals and create a 90 day plan to follow. Every 90 days, we have another 30 minute session to pick the next goal and create a 90 day plan to follow. Sessions in between are 15 minutes long and focus on completion of items on the 90 day action plan.

Clients will receive recordings of sessions and will be assigned a project management Trello Board to keep track of the action plan and activities. In between sessions, clients may receive accountability and reminder texts to help keep them on track for their next session.

Coach Jennifer Bellinger, C.P.C. and Client {{billing_first_name}} {{billing_last_name}} agree to the following (check "I Agree" after each individual agreement):

  • The coaching relationship is based on open communication and trust. Client information and communications shall be confidential.
     
  • Results Coaching is a 12 month commitment, after which the client and coach choose whether to continue on a year-by-year basis or schedule periodic coaching sessions. After the initial 12 months, the client shall notify the coach at least seven days before the end of the agreement to choose another year of Results Coaching at the previous price.
     
  • Sessions will be conducted by online video call. The Client understands that calls will be rescheduled if assigned work is not completed prior to session.
     
  • Because a Coach is not an attorney, an accountant, nor a mental health professional, the Coach does not give advice – legal, financial or other. Coach and client agree that the coach may brainstorm with the client or share multiple examples for perspective, and the client makes all choices and decisions for them self.
     
  • The Coach and the Client recognize that the purpose of the Coaching relationship and process is for the Client to explore their goals and create significant change based on Client choice.
     

This letter serves as an agreement and authorization for initial payment.
